Hi, I’m Jay from Ohio. I discovered social media at 12, and while most people were just scrolling for fun, I became obsessed with understanding what made content explode. For years, I studied algorithms, psychology, and attention - learning what actually makes people stop and engage. By 16, I took that obsession further by starting my own music label, becoming a graphic designer and video editor so I could fully control the vision and branding behind the artists I was developing. My experience goes beyond marketing theory - it’s rooted in the entertainment industry. As a producer and hip-hop artist, I’ve worked behind the scenes with talents like Sonia Harley, Angelo Moore of Fishbone, Shanell of Young Money, Kid Ink, and even engineered music for Katt Williams: Last Report. After seeing too many agencies overcharge businesses with little return, I built my model differently: if I don’t make you money, I don’t deserve yours.
